Only NYSVMS staff can setup tickets. However this article will help you understand what lies behind the setup

General Principles

Our system could automatically show member pricing only to members who are logged in. However this would make it difficult for administrators who want to register several members. Therefore we do not use that capability.

Instead we offer several different ticket prices that appear like this to the person registering.  Anybody can choose any option, so we need to check that members selected correctly

Each of the prices that show on the registration screen needs a separate ticket in the backend

The product code is set by the system

Choose the appropriate GL code and Quickbooks class for the region/chapter

Always just use the non-member unit price.  Don't use any of the price fields below
