These notes are for NYSVMS Regional Ethics Chairs who are responding to complaints.

Starting in Spring 2018 we are directing clients to submit all complaints using an online form, to assist with tracking, and to make sure that they understand our process.

You will see tabs for Clients to login and complete forms to submit their complaints.

You should start at the Facilitators Login tab, using the login information we provide.

Once logged in you will see the cases that have been assigned to you.

We will notify you when cases are added.

You can click on the links to the right to view more details or to add progress reports.

Once the case is completed you can use the link to change the status to completed
